The Growkit contains the following elements:

1. Two plastic boxes with a substrate pre-grown with mycelium ( the substrate is a special mixture that facilitates the growth of mycelium)
2. a plastic bag with special air-filtering inserts that allow gas exchange
3. two clips - remember to wrap only the top of the bag and not the whole bag
