1. plastic box with a substrate overgrown with mycelium (the substrate is a special mixture facilitating the growth of mycelium)
2. a plastic bag with special air-filtering inserts that allow gas exchange
3. two clips - remember to wrap only the top of the bag and not the whole bag (always wrap twice)
